I am US citizen, applying for my mother. My mother is currently in US on visitor visa, so I am filing I-130, I-485 and I-134( any other form?)

My questions:

On I-485 part 2 which box should I check?

On I-130:

Question 14 I answered: N/A AND 14.b I SELECT YES because I gain my US Citizen throught amarriage

Part C question 15: Name and address or present employer(if any) = this cuestion is to my mother not to me right?

question 19: should I write her address in her native country or my addess in US where she is going to be for a while

Question 22: I live in Oklahoma and type the addess of USCIS City=Chicago state=IL / but what about the part on the right? should I write something ?

DO I need to submit a G-325a for me and another for my mother? or ust one for my mother?

DO I need to submit form I-134 ? or a different one

Thanks!
