Hi all, the DoS told me this morning that Packet 4 was sent Monday so I booked my interview for July 15th, which is far too far away to be acceptable, but at least it's booked

So, I guess it turns out either of the addresses, with XpressPost or DHL, it all works out eventually...?

Anyway, I am happy, but will do even more dancing if I can reschedule for something sooner!

Cheers! Very happy for you :) You can look for earlier dates by selecting "Reschedule your appointment" without having to abandon your current appointment.

ROC completed April 2014

AOS from K1 completed February 2012

I check obsessively (not that I'll likely change mine at this point) so if there's an earlier date I see, I'll be sure to let you know! :)

I am so glad I'm not alone!! Thank you! Have you changed yours? I thought you were later in May?

Now if only I didn't have to work in the morning...

Hi All, just a clarification on this - so it's really easy to change an interview date? From the people I spoke to at the Consulate (via phone) they all seem to advise to just stick to one date because it's "very difficult" to change. From this thread it seems as though I can just go online and change it at a whim. Thanks!

... It felt like I could go online and change it on a whim, except no other dates were available for a little while. Once you book a date, it is possible to see the other available dates and move it without a penalty, up to 3 days before the interview date. But it might depend on the kind of visa your interview is for.
