Haiti Embassy Wait Time

Our packet was sent to the Haiti Embassy on 2/17 from NVC. According to DHL records it was received on 2/21. How long does it usually take from the time the embassy receives the packet until they send out packet 3.5? I have tried calling stateside to find out what is happening and also directly to the embassy, but no one can give me any information on it so I'm wondering what the time frame has been for others going through the Haiti embassy.

email the consulate, i think the address is in my signature. I waited a few days and emailed them, include the same info you would if calling NVC, petitioner and beneficiary names, birthdates and NVC case number. (case number in subject line)

Ask them to Email you the packet 3.5. You should have updated your email address with NVC. It took them almost a month for the hard copy to get to my house in the states, and my fiance NEVER received one.

The process after that is also fishy, so feel free to ask me questions. we are now at the point where we finally got 3.5 returned and are just waiting for the interview.
