I'm just clarifying some things with SO right now.

At the bottom of the support form it says about an Oath of Affirmation of the Sponsor.

After searching around the site somewhere I saw that this does not have to be done, finding someone to affirm it. Even if he had to I'm not sure where he would ask?

Sorry if it's a bit stupid, all this paperwork has got my knicks in a twist :wacko:

That is the line for a notary public. Have your SO take the form at their bank, and ask for the Notary there and your SO will sign it in front of the Notary. Most banks have a Notary Public working there, if his doesn't have one then go to another bank they will usualy tell them which branch has one.
