My Mom have an interview shedule this coming March 14 and my mom is from Davao so we are planning that shes gonna attend the CFO Seminar after her interview before she flys back to Davao.

My Questions are;

1.Is it allowed to attend the seminar even without passport?

2.What day and time they are open?

3.How much it cost?

4.What are the requirements to attend the CFO?

Thank you......

according to CFO Webite, passport is needed. if your mom is over 60 years old, she doesn't have to take the seminar, but still needs to register.

My SO took the seminar last month right after her interview and got her CFO sticker at the airport right before she flew to the US.

There is a CFO that can give you the sticker at the Airport in terminal 3 after you show tickets to get in the airport, dont let the gaurd tell you there isnt.

think there is one in terminal 2 as well.

so you can take the interview and the CFO at the same time, then schedule your flight to allow for enough time to get to manila and get your sticker.

we were in a rush to see each other and tried to shave as much time as possible from being apart.

No,my mom is 50 years old

then she would need to attend, PDOS. I know the Fiance/Spouse Seminar can be attended before Visa is in passport, then go back later for the sticker. you might want to contact CFO to see if others can do the same.

you only need two valid ids that they accept and a COPY of the passport serves as one valid id. contact them if you are still unsure.

The OP is trying to find out if an Emigrant can attend the Seminar, then get the sticker at another time. the CFO Website does not say if that is possible. guess the only way to find out is to call CFO.
