It was unfortunate for me to have my case denied a while back, however, I have gotten my case reaffirmed in 2010 and she is in the states with me now. A real nice birthday gift! It's been about 10 months now (almost a year). I give all the credit to Marc Ellis & his associate Mr. Nam! They did an extraordinary job! Happy New Year! Good Luck to everyone processing for their visa!
