NVC Interview New Delhi

My case was approved Jan 19 (ds-230 and i-864), I am waiting to get a date for the interview. I called in to get a date, and they said they will not know until Feb 18 if she can get an interview for March but she said even that is something that is up in the air. I am getting pretty frustrated with this process just wondering if there is anyway to speed it up, or if there is anyway to at least get a date. If anyone knows anything please help me.
