Hi!

I am getting married in two weeks and I want to start preparing all papers for status adjustment.

I need to go through Medical examination. So my questions are:

1. Is it ok if i will do the medical examination BEFORE the marriage? I know it is valid for 30 days and I am planning to submit the papers right after the marriage.

2. If I go and do it now, it is obvious that my last name on the medical examination form will be my current last name (maiden).

But all the forms (I-485, G-325A, etc.) will be with my new (my husband's) last name, while my maiden name will be as well mentioned

in the forms. Is it ok too?

Thanks for your answers!
