We should have joined the visa journey, get informations, before applying a k1 visa.

Our k1 visa status is in limbo..First, petition was approved, got NOA2(yippey ) but sadly, after it gets to consulate it needs to be returned for further review:(.(i haven't interviewed yet). We believed that it is because of my name that didn't fill it up correctly(in I-129f,missing my middle name). In the Phils the child's middle name is the mothers maiden name...

okay,so now we got information that USCIS got the case for review for name change, but no documentation so they are sending it back to NVC. USCIS didn't ask documents for further review..

Does that mean that NVC will be the one to do the documentation? as what i understand K1 petition doesn't sit long in NVC.

What if it goes to consulate and again needs to send it back because then they will have the documents(for documentation)?.. it is so stressful..;((

what do we need to do to settle this case?

We got my noa1 and noa2 but beneficiary's middle name is not written.

I got my embassy appointment last year and it shows my full/ complete name. :)

My NOA2 will expire soon:(

I hope we can get any information from you guys.... thank you...
