Time frame for depositing check for N-400 fee

Does anybody know from prior experience or has any clue about how long it takes for them to deposit the check that we send with the filing fees for citizenship?

My husband sent his application last friday 1/14, they recieved it on Monday morning and as of right now they still havent deposited the check. I had read somewhere that they usually do it emidietly so we are kind of worried =|

It varies...in my case they were eager to get my money and cashed it in 3-4 days...

Some folks had their checks cashed in 48 hours...and Ive read some posts where people have waited for a month.

Since they got your husbands papers on Monday which was a holiday give them 4-5 days.

Believe me that money will be taken....thats about the only thing they do on time.
