I do realise you have to pay for Medical in London is there more to pay after going to the USA and getting married and applying for Green Card Starus etc would be gratefull if some one can help thanks

Once you arrive you can use this link on the USCIS website to find a civil surgeon in your area: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=CIV You should shop around though as they charge differing prices for their services.

The short answer is $1070 to apply for the greencard once in the US.

Besides the medical in London, there is the visa fee paid before the interview and the courier fee paid at the embassy.
