I am sponsoring my wife and her son (15 years old) from Hong Kong. The I-130 petitions had been approved.

Now working on the AOS stuff. Need help

Questions :

1. I do not have enough income to meet the poverty requirement, so my daughter who is an adult who lives in the same house as I do is going to be

the joint sponsor. So do I fill out ONE I-864 form for both of them (my wife and her son) and my daughter fills out ONE I-864A form for them? or

I will fill out ONE I-864 form and my daughter will fill out another I-864 form?

2. I think the combined income will exceed the poverty level, will it be beneficial to include assets as well although the form says OPTIONAL?

Thanks
