G-325A Help!!

Hi guys..question on G-325A, on the employment history, since I resigned from a company (working for 4 years) i have series of work but for a short period of time..like a month in one call center, then another 6 months in another call center. in between those times I have months wherein I dont have work. do i have to include all? and also at present time I have an online work, part-time, do I have to put in online work, without specific employer, or just put none? all this time I havent filed an income tax return since its just a part-time work, pay vary every month and i have no specific employers..

and also in the address for the past five years, do i also include the address even though I just rent a room? this is for the times that i work in another city..

Hi yeap you need to put all your employment it doesnt matter how long you work in that company. Hope this help.
