Hello VJ Members.

I wanted to post an employment letter (to accompany I-864 Affidavit of Support) in case it is useful to you. Thanks to other VJ posters whose contributions I partially drew inspiration from. :thumbs:

Dear Sir/Madam:

This letter is to certify that (specify name), holder of (specify country) passport number (insert number), is presently employed by (specify company name), has worked full time (specify number of hours) per week in our organization in the position of (specify title pr position) for (specify number of years and months) since (his/her) hiring date of (specify month, day and year hired), and is currently earning a monthly salary of USD (specify monthly salary in U.S. Dollars) for a total annual salary of USD (specify annual salary in U.S. Dollars). In addition, we want to state that we are aware and notified of (his/her) intentions to establish (his/her) permanent residence in the United States in the coming months at which point (his/her) position and current monthly salary will continue to be available to (him/her) as (he/she) will continue to work remotely for us indefinitely.
