hello vj members!

is it fine that my fiance will visit me here while were waiting for NOA2?..what are the important things he need to bring that i can use/bring for my interview?..he misses us a lot specially our son and he cant wait for more months to be with us..so sad that the system now is to slow, it will be 5th months on dec. 19th since we received the NOA1 but still no NOA2... :(... Thank You guys!..

I am gonna be visiting my wife in phil as well in january :) but we just filed in OCT. I am only going for 1 week though :( Have to come back to my job. From what I understand no problems with the petitioner moving around back and forth just the spouse.

It is very ok 2 visit your fiancee/spouse when waiting on the visa. Get more pictures & make copies of your passport stamps & boarding passes for the interview. It is excellent evidence that you have an ongoing relationship. I made a trip while waiting for the NVC portion.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
