Visiting me here in the philippines while waiting for NOA2

hello vj members!

is it fine that my fiance will visit me here while were waiting for NOA2?..what are the important things he need to bring that i can use/bring for my interview?..he misses us a lot specially our son and he cant wait for more months to be with us..so sad that the system now is to slow, it will be 5th months on dec. 19th since we received the NOA1 but still no NOA2... ... Thank You guys!..

I am gonna be visiting my wife in phil as well in january but we just filed in OCT. I am only going for 1 week though Have to come back to my job. From what I understand no problems with the petitioner moving around back and forth just the spouse.

I hope it is OK, I am back here(Phils) now with my fiancee. Hopefully if things move along she can come back with me. Waiting for NVC.

It is very ok 2 visit your fiancee/spouse when waiting on the visa. Get more pictures & make copies of your passport stamps & boarding passes for the interview. It is excellent evidence that you have an ongoing relationship. I made a trip while waiting for the NVC portion.

it is very much okay..it will help actually to prove your on going relationship with ur fiance..We filed June 2010 and he visited me here last Sept 2010 for 2 weeks and i am now scheduled for an interview at the embassy..
