Finally done with CSC.

Here's what i am sending her next monday

all proofs of on going relationship(phone record, chat log, video chat log pic, money order recipets)

EOR letter

Letter of Intent

copy of my passport

Past 3 years tax return

past 3 months income statement

Banks letter

Employer letter

she will need the following forms for package 3

DS 156K

DS 156 2 copy

DS 157 2 copy

GNI 2

passport photo

am i missing anything?

Send a few of your most recent paystubs, maybe the last 3 or 4 paystubs. That's what I did. This and the tax returns and the employment verification letter is enough to show you meet the income requirement. I didn't give any bank information. Not necessary if your income qualifies as you don't need to provide proof of any assets.

i did printed last 3 months paystubs that along with all my accounts balance from the banks and all assets.(i am well over the bottomline,but i like to over done things. better safe than sorry.)+ 3 years tax returns+W2s.

Sending out all the paper works today.
