I had an email response from the NVC yesterday - as I forwarded another DS3032 to them to see if it was accepted.

This was the response yesterday

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC is unable to add third party contact information to the case record at this time. Please continue to notify the NVC if your address changes.

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, beneficiary, and/or attorney of record will receive further instructions regarding the processing of this petition.

Any documents received at the National Visa Center that have not been requested will not be reviewed and may be returned to you. Please do not send any documents until they are requested

This follows the response from the NVC 5 days ago -

I sent exact copies of the ds3032 - obviously and the most recent repy mentions THIRD PARTY contact info.

The former reply mentions AGENT/CONTACT details.

Would this be a standard reply now that they have STARTED entering our details into the system and they may view another DS3032 emailed in as ammendment...

or is it due to the expedite request that the NVC are on hold with our case until response from the Embassy?

I concluded from these two emails that you're trying to choose someone other than your spouse to be your agent ( like an attorney ) right ?

If that's correct then they're telling you that they are unable to enter His/Her information to the system at this time, otherwise i suggest you call them and ask what does this reply exactly mean

No, as I said, I sent the exact same copy of the ds3032 to the nvc. The choice of agent has not changed at all.

We'll be calling them Monday anyway - so intend to ask whats up. Just wondered if anyone knew the reasoning behind differing responses to the exact email I sent.
