Hi Everyone,

I filed a I-129F visa petition for my ex-fiancee last December 2009. Things did not work out and I sent a letter asking

that my petition be withdrawn to the NVC and US embassy in Manila in July of 2010. I received a letter from the US embassy in Manila saying that my petition was revoked. I have recently met a wonderful Filipina and want to petition for a Fiancee Visa for her.

In the instructions on filing out the I-129F it states:

"if you previously had a K-1 visa petition approved within two years prior to the

filing of this petition, you must apply for a waiver. To request a waiver

you must submit a written request with this petition accompanied by

documentation of your claim to the waiver."

My Question: I'm unsure of this written request they speak of. I will include a statement giving all the info (case number, beneficiary's name etc) of

my ex-fiancee and why I withdrew the petition and a copy of the letter the US embassy in Manila sent me saying my petition was revoked. Is

this sufficient or do I need to include something else? If I do need to submit a written request for a waiver, what do I say? Thanks....
