A couple questions

I have a couple random questions before sending my package in.

1 - I am married to an US citizen and have been a PR for over 3 years now, but living in the US for almost 4. When I fill out the form and provide information for job history and previous residencies, should I include the info from when I wasn't living in the US (which adds up to the 5 years requested) or is it not necessary?

2 - One of the documents required as a proof of our relationship (to apply for citizenship, not for the interview)is a bank statement. I am sending a print out copy of our joint savings account, which has both pour names and the same address. Is this enough or are our individual checking statements required as well?

Hi,

1. You should list everything back to when you obtained permanent residence which is probably 3 years back. They care about you as a permanent resident at this point.

2. Are you sending in copies of your tax returns? That usually is better for evidence, however, a printout of a bank statement is good enough.

I'm sending the transcripts for the past 3 years + the copy of our current savings account statement. S

So the info required for the past 5 years really is for the past 3 in case you are applying through a marriage based condition? Thanks!
