Anybody else have any experience with the Jacksonville, FL ASC? I sent the AOS package for my wife back on July 17. We received the NOAs for the I-485, I-130, and I-765 on July 26. Since then there has been no biometrics letter. We called the 1-800 USCIS number on the NOAs last week and still no biometrics letter. This is really frustrating. On this forum Ive seen that people have received their biometrics letters within 1 or 2 weeks after receiving the NOA. But we still havent received anything. And an infopass would require a 5 hour drive to Jacksonville ....

My NOA's were received june 7th. I received no biometrics letter. I made an infopass appt last thursday and they couldnt explain why one wasnt sent but that everything was fine and nothing can proceed until i went for biometrics. They made an appt for me then and there for Sept 13th. I am attempting a walk in on wednesday. I regret not going to infopass sooner.

Solid_Sal - USCIS processing times for EAD is 3 months, not 2 weeks. Your case is not out of the processing times.
