I need to have my medical exam done in Toronto through Panel Physicians - Dr. Howard Seiden & Associates. I am having an issue trying to get through to anyone to actually book the appointment. Is this normal?

I originally called on Monday 16, 2010 and left a message stating that I needed to book an appointment. I have still not heard back from them. The message on their voicemail states that they have a large volume of calls to deal with and that they will respond accordingly.

I have called back twice since then and left an additional two messages but no one has responded. I'm starting to worry because I want to get this show on the road.

Can anyone who's dealt with Seiden & Associates confirm if this timeframe is normal?

I was going to have mine at his medical center in montreal, i called the montreal number quite a few times and left messages and never once had a returned call. After getting fed up I called the toronto location to attempt to get ahold of someone which I did after calling 8 times 15mins appart each time. The woman told me I can call the montreal appointment number line to make an appointment I told her I had been for the last 3 weeks and no one answers or returns my msgs. She said that if I called right after I hung up with her that someone would answer. She sounded like she was in some sort of call center alot of other people talking in the background. So I hung up and called the montreal number right away and had NO ANSWER! I left another message and NEVER RECEVIED A CALL BACK not ONCE ever. I ended up calling medisys in montreal and got an appointment right away with them and they told me the cost over the phone and everything I needed to bring with me for them.

I had mine there in July. It is normally it is one really kind lady that does most of the paperwork adn the place is BUSY. Its not just for these medicals it is also a walkin clinic as well. I left one message and sent on email , I eventually got a phone call back about 2-3 days later to book my appointment....I believe she was responding to the voicemail and not the email as she only mentionned my VM. Just make sure that you are clear and calm when you leave the message so that she can get your phone number easily to call you back. If you seem angry or upset then she will have less will to call you back right away.

The cost and everything you need to know is on their website. They scheduale appts mon, tues, wed from 7-10am ( i think I can't remember the ending time). It is a first come first serve. I would suggest gettign there at about 6:15 or 6:30 at the latest so you are at the front of the line. I was 3rd and was there at about 6:20 within the next 30min after there were MANY people that showed up. I was out by 8am. Results are ready in 2 dats... Ie. Monday appts will be ready Wednesday by 12pm as long as everything was normal. Make sure you bring your interview letter (OR your packet 3 checklist letter) as well as $275CAD cash, your passport, 3 passport pics and your immunization record.

If you ahve any other questions you can send me a msg directly.

when i book my medical appointment, I called in the morning and a lady called me back the same day in the afternoon. I called other day to reschedule my appointment and i left another voice message and the lady called me back right away. I guess the clinic has a lot of calls lately. If I was you I would call back again just in case.

Regards
