Questions about secondary proof of relationship

Well, I have been gathering a lot of different things to provide proof of relationship, and I was wondering how most of you all out there print out things like your chat history and emails on like Facebook and other places? Regarding chat history, do you just take screen shots of all the different dates you have chatted, or do you just export the dates out into a spreadsheet and print that? Which is more authentic or does it matter? And about Facebook and other online forms of communication, do you just do screen captures of the emails, or do you print the actual email that gets sent to you when someone leaves you a message on Facebook, or how do you normally print that off to submit as evidence of an ongoing relationship? Just not sure how to get that into print form to include in the application.

All I did was cut and paste my chats that I thought were pertinent from my archives on YM. Not sure if that is the correct way Just sent my I-129f form in August..got NOA1, still waiting for NOA2.
