Travel during H1 and EAD processing

Hi,

I would really appreciate your help in this matter. Here are the details.

-- I am currently on H-4 status. I have recently been offered employment and the company has initiated H1 processing on a premium basis today (Aug 18, 2010) with a start date of October 1, 2010.

-- Meanwhile my husband's PD is current in September 2010. His I-485 is pending and in this September, I am going to submit my I-485 application.

-- We would have to travel to India from September 14, 2010 to October 1, 2010 for an important family event, which we can not avoid. I would have to go for stamping of my visa during this trip.

My questions

-- Should I submit an I-131 (AP parole) as part of the Adjustment of Status process?. If I do, should I have to wait until it is approved before I can leave US?.

-- Are there any risks of going for a stamping of my H1 in September before the start date.

-- What are my chances of getting an EAD in September 2010?.

-- If I file the Advanced Parole document and leave to india before its approval, will it be valid. If yes, suppose I get the AP in September, can I return on the AP instead of having to get the H1 stamped?

Any further insight in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Awaiting a reply. Thanks!
