Whats moral turpitude?

Dear Friends, I committed to a crime in 2001, it was two counts of Threatening and I was sentenced to one day on both counts and 18 months probation, I worry If this crime involving moral turpitude. I search on the net but I couldnt find an exact define of moral turpitude Please someone who knows about this matter would inform me?

It simply means conduct contrary to honesty, or good morals.
