My wife's case was completed at NVC on December 2, 2009. Could someone tell me how long it would take for her to be schedule for an interview at Accra consulate?

My fiance's paperwork was recieved April 07, 2009 by USCIS. He had a first interview Dec 24, 2009. He was asked to bring more proof of relationship, even though he had receipts for wedding rings, wedding dress and many picturs and letters from my family to him. So I sent more proof but the copies of chats were not accepted as I could not get them to print complete with yahoo messenger header so they thought they were fraudulent. His 2nd interview was Mar 11, 2010 at which he was denied no reason was given so we waited for the denial paperwork to get back to my attorney to find out the reason. only to find out there was no reason on the denial notice just that the visa was denied and we will need to re-file as the paperwork has expired! I contacted my senator to contact the consulate to find out the reason for the denial so that we can fix whatever it was that was wrong if fixable, I was told by the senators immigration person that the paperwork could take 120 days to hear back from the consulate. I am going back to Ghana to marry my fiance so that we can file a spousal visa rather than re-filing a fiance visa and getting another denial.

My advice send more than you could ever imagine they would want in proof of relationship! We thought we had it all plus more but obviously it was not enough. and for those in Ghana do not open the mail until you get to the embassy as they will assume it is fraudulent. My fiance was asked why he had opened the package I sent and told he should not have opened it... which I feel is crazy as there were cards for valentines day and a letter form my sister, nephew and mother in the package for him. I realize there is alot of fraud there in Ghana but we are serious about this. We love each other and only want to spend the rest of our lives together. I will prepare to move there if we are denied again. I will be with the love of my life and no one can keep me from him! This is true love and I will fight to the end to be with him... whether that is here or there!
