Not that I'm, you know, worried...

uh, anyway. How long does it generally take between the consulate mailing the packet and the beneficiary receiving it? Ours was mailed on the 21st and nothing yet--way too early to be worried of course, but I just wanted to get an idea.

Hiya,

It took me approximately 4 working days after I found out that I had been sent Packet 3 to receiving it.

However, if they have logged it as being sent you can do all the paperwork before and get it ready to send back - in fact I think once its logged you can return the docs as and when. Would other VJ members agree with this?

Packet 3 is just a one page letter with a web address.

I hope that helps a little.
