hello,, do u know I can contact the Juarez consulate? the NVC said they sent out Fiance petition packet to the consulate on July 2nd and my fiance and i still havnt got anything. I have one number that says u need a credit card to make an appointment but its only for immigrant visas for other locations. Do u know?

I called them one time with the same question here is the information I used:

Visa Information/Appointments

For information on how to make or change an appointment to apply for an immigrant (resident) visa or to provide information on your visa case, contact our Call Center at:

Within U.S.: 1-900-476-1212 (toll charges apply)

Within Mexico: 01-900-849-4949 (toll charges apply)

Just make sure you have your case number.

2010-03-02 --> I-129F Sent

2010-04-12 --> NOA1 Received

2010-06-04 --> NOA2 Aproved

2010-06-07 --> NOA2 Received

2010-06-10 --> NVC Received

2010-06-28 --> I called the CDJ Consulate and they have our case

2010-07-09 --> We got our open appointment letter

2010-07-27 --> Interview Approved!

2010-07-29 --> Visa in my hand!!

2010-08-15 --> Moving to my new Home

2010-10-23 --> Got Married!

AP Journey:

2010-10-29 --> Sent AP

2010-11-05 --> Received Noa1

2011-01-14 --> Approved (77 days)

2011-01-21 --> Document Received!

EAD Journey:

2010-10-29 --> Sent EAD

2010-11-05 --> Received Noa1

2010-12-01 --> Biometrics Appointment

2011-01-18 --> Approved (81 days)

2011-01-22 --> Card Received!

AOS Journey:

2010-10-29 --> Sent AOS

2010-11-05 --> Received Noa1

2010-12-01 --> Biometrics Appointment

2010-12-09 --> AOS Transfered to California service center

2011-01-25 --> RFE. I forgot to sign G-325a form UGH!!!!

2011-02-03 --> Sent out the G-325a form SIGNED!

2011-02-10 --> Delivered! Last touch!

2011-02-23 --> Received notification by e-mail, Approved and ordered production of Card.

2011-02-28 --> Green card Received!

I called from Mexico and I used a land line, you have to have activated the 900 number. they charge you for every minute like 9 USD and I guess that's why you can't call from your cell phone, try to call with the card. But to be honest with you, your fiance should called from Mexico.
