Esses programas de reeducação alimentar acho que funcionam com essa mentalidade, Mayra, de comer de tudo mas porções ideais, não exageradas. Lá no vigilantes a senhorinha falava que se tivesse vontade de tomar um sorvete, que fosse tomar uma bola do mais saboroso, e não um pote da versão light. Muita gente acaba caindo nessa do light, e consome mais porque afinal, são "menos calorias". Como eu ouvi uma vez numa das reuniões em que fui com a minha mãe, nosso estômago se adapta ao tamanho das refeições que a gente come, e especialmente aqui nos EUA, em que as porções são gigantescas, tem que se cuidar senão vira bola de neve. Eu acho um exagero esses copos e pratos enormes aqui, toda vez que volto pro Brasil estranho o quanto os nossos pratos e copos são menores em comparação aos daqui, e leva uns dias pra eu me acostumar, hehe.

Verdade! Eu acho que acabei me reeducando sem saber....hoje em dia naum consigo comer muito de jeito nenhum! E eu viciei em caminhar todos os dias durante a semana, me faz um bem danado e me da energia!

As porcoes aqui chegam a dar medo do tamanho. Quando eu percebi que o tamanho do refrigerante medio nessas cadeias de fast food, quase me deu um treco!

Sobre o light, completamente verdade...Eu naum tenho nada light ou diet aki....Eu li uma reportagem na Cosmopolitan que pessoas que abusam de Diets and Lights sao mais propensas a comerem por compulsao e eu acho que faz sentido. Voce naum satisfaz a vontade da versao normal, entao acaba se empaturrando da versao diet. Quanto a refrigerante, eu meio que desisti de tomar refrigerante durante a semana, prefiro sucos ou agua mesmo. Eu detesto refrigerante diet, acho que o unico que eu curto e Guarana e olha la....O resto tem gosto de perfume....ieca...

Animar nada, hoje é dia de faxina e de pagar contas, blergh.

Faxina mesmo, passamos o resto do domingo depois que voltei da Target instalando as luzes do chuveiro novo, e já estamos os dois cansados de tanto trabalho com esse chuveiro. Mas estreamos o dito cujo no final de semana, ficou uma maravilha, e agora tá super bem iluminado. Só que tivemos que fazer buracos no teto pra instalar as luzes, e agora é hora do faxinão. Pena que o maridinho está no trabalho, sobrou pra mim guardar as milhares de ferramentas usadas no processo e limpar a casa toda, que tá forrada de poeira e outros materiais de construção. Mãos à obra, qualquer ajuda será muito bem-vinda, hehehe.

Mayra, você fez um ótimo trabalho se reeducando sozinha, parabéns! a gente aqui em casa não compra light, apesar de eu não achar muita diferença no gosto, mas também prefiro suco e água em vez de refrigerante. Diminui o consumo há alguns anos e notei como beber água melhora a aparência da pele.

Eu não tomo refrigerante diariamente. Só tomo quando saio pra uma pizza ou algo assim, e domingo na casa da minha sogra (até porque ela vem com um copo pra mim mesmo sem eu pedir) e mesmo assim só diet. Aqui pra casa só compramos duas garrafas por compra, de pepsi max, e é mais o Luis quem toma. Meu dia a dia é muita água e pro almoço dia sim dia não faço um crystal light, pra dar um saborzinho na água, porque o Luis gosta de tomar alguma coisa diferente de água, e eu prefiro o crystal light porque os sucos aqui vêm com muita açúcar.

Vanessa, finalmente acabou o beberrão de refrigerante na sua casa? Obra é um droga mas é tão bom curtir o resultado!

hahaha, credo, graças a Deus o "primo" acabou a reforma! o que ele nos deu de desconto pra reformar, bebeu de volta em forma de refrigerante. Nunca vi na minha vida alguém conseguir consumir uma lata de refrigerante como se fosse 50ml de água, num gole só. Tudo bem que ele é parente e a gente não ia negar bebida, mas temos água geladinha de filtro e o cidadão não bebia de jeito nenhum. Mas como você bem disse, o bom de reforma é que um dia acaba, hehe, agora é voltar pra faxina e deixar a casa do jeito que eu gosto: bem arrumadinha e cheirosa. Afinal, hoje é dia de comemoração =)
