Hi all, interview fast approaching, but talking at work today with someone, who mentioned "intent to AOS" whilst his issue is very different to mine, made me think. So let me try and simplify my question, very quick snap shot.

1. Married my USC wife, in US. Then we went and lived and worked in London together. (No over stays by me, multiple business/pleasure trips on VWP).

2 both returned to US, a year later, me on L1.

3. Two years later, we send in my AOS.

Could the IO deny by implying that we had intent to adjust, when we returned with me on L1. and whilst there was no intent, we did close our life in the UK, due to the years i would be working in the US. Thereafter it became a logical transition when we realized that we wanted to stay here. And my company started to look a little uneasy with the downturn in business. I am trying to understand this a little better, so we can field any questions that may come up about this at the interview, if indeed they do.

I dont think there are many VJers reading this post and thinking"thats a lot like my problem".... Already married to a USC, lived in London, come to the US on L1, then applying for Greencard - all seems a bit backward I know,. Any observations or comments by anyone would help.

Thanks in advance.

I just did a bit of research, should have done it first. Anyway I looked at Dual Intent and the L1, it would seem that is one of the very visas with such a condition.

Thx
