hi

i'm asking this question behalf of my sister. she is LPR. she is currently living with her husband in UK. she is also going to college there. recently her i130 for husband got approved. she told me that she and her husband got some forms in the mails. that they have to pay. my question is does the both of them have to pay or only her hubby? these papers seems to b confusing. since i didn't have to go thru that process. any help in this matter will b helpful..
