Hello there,

What an amazing website this is! Now I'm a little wiser but non the closer to which visa is best for us.

Ok so, I'm a British citizen (non Immigrant) wanting to be with my US citizen partner. We got engaged recently. We want to get married and I want to eventually move to US to live and work part time. HOWEVER, during this process I need to be in UK to continue with my current job, (which I would like to keep even after getting my visa) I want to commute between 2 countries on a part time basis. (as a flight attendant I am able to do it)

If we go for a K-1, as a fiance, I will go to US, get married and can't leave the US until residency & green card come through. I can't do that due to my job in UK.

If we go for a K-3 or CR-1, we can be married already but have to wait a long time without seeing each other.

Is there a way I can travel in & out of USA whilst this is in motion? Is there a form, visa, or something which I can complete to allow me to travel back & forth due to work?

I can provide proof of mortgage in UK, employment commitments in UK, bank accounts, letters from friends, family, etc.

What is the difference between K-3 and CR-1?

What is going to be best option if we want to see other each whilst applying for a visa?

I can not be in USA for a long period of time waiting for documents as I need to also be in UK for work??
