I've made in for brunch buffets and stuff, but only ever made it once at home. My family isn't very adventurous when it comes to eating so I have to actually talk most of them into trying new things. One of my uncles will try anything I make and my mom will try most things, but otherwise it's an uphill battle. No one would ever try bread salad

Almost every Sunday all 26 of us get together for lunch. I get really bored cooking for them when I have roast beef, chicken, or pork to choose from. When I throw something wacky in there I get really weird looks. Most of the time everyone ends up liking it but I have to really talk them into trying it.

Nope. Thankfully. Hives, fever, and lusty vomming (usually I limit this activity to when I am reading schmaltzy garbage on VJ, and then I do it all over the keyboard).

Lovelovelove crappy horror movies -- I am huge fan of 50s/60s/70s B horror flicks. I got the William Castle collection for Christmas -- best present last year hands down.

The Thing is great - it's got great paranoia and the monster is really disgusting.
