Now I'm hungry. I've got some chicken cacciatore cooking right now, but it's not quite ready (and I'm STARVING).

Can't eat raw tomatoes anymore, which is SUCH a bummer because I love them. I can handle organic tomatoes in small quantities, but that's it. I recently discovered I have a sensitivity and it makes me very sad. Cooked tomatoes and sundried tomatoes are fine though.

I miss salsa.

Saying that I do quite like tomato soup. Now chicken soup. There's something I'm less keen on.

I don't think I've had the actual fruit, but I like most fruits (except tomatoes).

Apart from tomatoes, lemons about the only fruit I won't eat.

I see what you mean. It has a definite juiciness to it that I can imagine is offputting.

My undoing was the night I bought 1.5 lbs of Roma tomatoes on sale at Ralphs. I went home and made a panzanella salad out of it, then systematically ate at least a pound of tomatoes, eschewing the bread. I was violently ill, and it turns out I sensitised myself. Maven FAIL.

I know I shouldn't laugh but the thing about 1lb of tomato made me giggle. I have learned so many new recipes from people and I've tore so many things out of magazine. I seriously can't wait to get home to my massive kitchen and cook everything! I will have to invite people over to eat with me every night to get it out of my system.
