Petitioner Documents for Interview in Brazil

HI All

We have an interview in July and as far as me the husband Petitioner are these the only documents I need to bring about me the Petitioner?

Any suggestions? On documents required by petitioner of a CR1 VISA.

DO I NEED PASSPORT PHOTOS ALSO?

Taken from THE NVC website…(Applicants in the following visa categories are required to provide 1) an original or certified copy of their Petitioner’s birth certificate and 2) original or certified copy of their Petitioner’s marriage certificate from the Petitioner’s current and all previous marriages.)

You dont need to bring anything from him. The passport pictures are required only for you. Make sure to show both ears.

I'd bring copies of everything you sent to USCIS and NVC as well, just in case they lose something, you can hand it to them right there.
