I am a US Citizen and have filed a I-130 Petition - 4th Pref for my married Sister and her family in India

Her elder unmarried daughter is 21 yrs already.

I would like to know if CSPA will apply in her case.

Priority Date: Sept 12th 2002

Petition Approved: Aug 6th 2009 (Approx 6.5 yrs later)

Beneficiarie's Date of Birth: June 22nd 1988

Visa number should be availabe no later than Dec 31st 2012

Real Age: Approx 24.5 yrs

CSPA Age: Approx 17.5 yrs

If CSPA applies in her case, will they automatically include her name on the paperwork and invoice etc.

If it is not included what would you recommend I do?

Do I notify NVC? Should I do it now or later?

Will I get the run around or is it pretty straight forward.

I am sure there are a lot of senior members and other friends here who may have encountered and resolved a similar situation.

All advice is welcome. PLEASE HELP.
