I-130 for child under 18

My step daughter had her interview today and was asked for a copy of her birth certificate that had the Peruvian authorization stamp (RENIC) on it as well as her mother's divorce papers. She will have to obtain these documents and mail them back to the embassy along with her passport before her VISA is issued. I had her send me a copy of the yellow form they gave her that shows her case number (which they wrote down wrong). Does anyone have any advice, did they maybe make a mistake and all her papers are fine as we send both requested documents into NVC when we filed? Any help would be appreciated.

I need to explain more. The embassy is asking for Sentencia de Divorcio certificate in full. My wife had a divorce certificate act which the embassy would not accept. If any Peruvians out there can help me in this matter please let me know how we get the "Sentencia de Divorcio" so that my daughter can come here to the United States.
