Hey guys and girls just a few quick questions.

I just received my biometrics appointment (after filing for AOS less than 2 weeks ago!), is that quick or is that about right time???

Also, my appointment is in Las Vegas, has anyone been their - is parking available etc.

What will they do and how long does it take?

Finally, do this mean that they are not going to RFE ?????

I got mine a couple days after my NOA1, its not unusual for most service centers. No idea on the parking. They will take your finger prints, picture and other info about you (height, weight, eye color etc - all in feet and lbs, so learn what you are in those before you go if you dont know!). It doesn't mean you won't get an RFE. You can get an RFE up until the time the GC is actually issued to you. Even if you get an interview its not 100% for sure you won't if you miss something and they ask you for it at the interview.

Edit - oh oh forgot to add, if you are the female and changed your name and your passport is still in your maiden name, bring your marriage cert with you to show the name change.
