I-134 vs London Consulate website

Hi everyone! I'm assembling my Affidavit of Support and have gathered all the necessary documents according to the I-134. However, on the website my fiance sent me from the Consulate, it seems much more involved: http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/visa/iv/faffidavit.html

Is everything on the I-134 enough or do I actually have to have my tax forms notarized, write a more specific affidavit of support, etc?

Thanks!!

No, you dont need any notary. Just have the recent tax return or 2, proof of employment ie W2's, bank statements, the more you sit and agonize the worse it gets, just keep it simple and send in what they need.
