in obtaining a visa for the sponsored applicant.

If you need a new I-864 form, please visit the Department of State website

That is an RFE, you can call NVC for further questions. We didn't receive anything like this, but all we had was a log in fail in the payment portal of NVC Aand then our case has been completed.

hmmm, I didn't submit any proof of employment too and I put ZERO on my income as I'm currently jobless but I didn't get an RFE like this. I used my wife's income but I didn't submit proof of her employment. Only docs I sent were income tax return transcripts from IRS. Maybe I just got lucky.

and YES, you need to submit those missing docs to NVC.

Thanks sa mga Reply...I guess those e-mail was not an RFE. I just got another e-mail from NVC attorney that my status from NVC is complete, already forwarded in Manila and i already have an interview appointment on June 15. Those docs that are missing at NVC will be submitted here at the consular officer during my interview na ( no need to send another docs to NVC). Thanks God for not waiting another days at NVC. Seems that the one handling our case at NVC is a very reasonable man...hehehe
