Hi,

I Filled out I-864 for my Minor Child and sent to NVC.

After 10days I verified and noticed that I need to fill I-864W form.

Can you please help me how fill this form?

In the form item 2. where I put the address,do you put the childs present address(India) or address where he will

be residing?

Under Part 2 which one I need to check?

Do I need to send my SSN statement?

Are there any documents required with I-864W form?

Any advice would be appreciate.
