k1 interview

What forms do I need to bring to the k1 interview? My fiancee has her medical documents and I have filled out the affidavit of support with tax information from last year. Is there anything else we need? Thanks for the help.

all of ur evidence in ur relationship like photos,letters and emails... there's an instruction from consulate office what u should obtain documents for ur interview.... goodluck

We took:

- Complete copy of original I-129F petition

- Medical clearance

- I-134 (last three years of federal tax returns + W-2's, last six pay stubs, letter from bank, letter from employer)

- Beneficiary's birth certificate (Manila specific: local police clearance, NBI, CENOMAR)

- Additional photographs, lodging receipts, etc.

They only looked at the main documents -- birth certificate, NBI, CENOMAR, briefly the I-134 --, but I'm in the camp that says it is better to have too much and disregard it than to come up short on Interview day. Like anything else, it depends on the specific circumstances of your petition as to what may or may not need to be emphasized.
