Greetings!

Do not worry a lot, just let your mom wait for more days and she will rcv the visa via air21 and the courrier fee will be paid by her upon delivery

C.O.D. basis in the amount starting from P236.oo to P258.oo

I called the manila embassy today to follow up the status but they told me that its still in the consul. It will take 5 days or less than 6 weeks. Why it take so long? I am getting paranoid because I already bought a ticket but I guess I have to changes it...
