Hi All I am getting ready to send in my packet and I was wondering if this(cover letter) would suffice. Do I needto send in mny fiance's Son pciture along with hers?? I have used VJ formats provided(very helpful....)

Also for the proof og having met in past 2 years, I have the following:

Cell Phone records

Home phone records

Airline trip records

Passport with Stamped to country

credit card records

Is this Enough?? or do I need to include more?

Cover Leter

Enclosed please find my Form I-129F, Petition for K-1/K-2 Fiancé Visa for Mirna Haydee and Cristian Stanley Fuentes Martinez, and supporting documents.

Contents include:

- Payment in the amount of $ 170

- I-129F

- I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person -- G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner - Joseph Flores)

- G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary - Mirna and Cristian Fuentes Martinez)

- Birth certificate(US) (Petitioner - Joseph Flores)

- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner - Joseph Flores) and (Beneficiary Mirna Fuentes Martinez)

- Proof of having met in person in the past two years

I am using the updated I-129F form which includes all needed IMBRA information.

Your suggestions would really help as I will be submitting as soon as I get(early next week) Signed Intent to marry from my Fiance which I sent for her to sign and signed G-325A.

Thanks,

JDF

I can't help you with this one.

Also for the proof og having met in past 2 years, I have the following:

Cell Phone records: proof of comunicating, not of having met

Home phone records: proof of comunicating, not of having met

Airline trip records

Passport with Stamp to country

credit card records

Is this Enough?? or do I need to include more?

Do you have anything else? Pictures, maybe? They're not a must-do, but they'd help. Itineraries, passport, tickets and credit card receipts would be primary evidence. Pictures would be secondary, they'd help you complete the picture.

Check the all pages on G325a and see if you checked the appropriate box (should check a box and add "I-129f - K1")

Good luck!

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Thanks, I do have pictures and I have attached them. Thanks for catching this. Do I need an action point saying"proof of communicating" on the cover letter? or would - "Proof of having met in person in the past two years" be enough?

Does anyone know about my question concerning my fiance's son. Do I need to attach his photo. Also there Photo seem to be a bit smaller(photo taken in Local Country: El Salvador) which there passport style pix is smaller. Will I get a RFE for this?

Thanks,

JDF

No you do not, the first time you will need photos of child will be at the interview where you will have to provide passport photos for both Fiancee and her child

they are very particular about the passport photo required for the package. If it is close and correct in every other aspect they may just let it go. Doubt that they measure each one with a ruler.

At this point, uou don't need to send proof of communicating, just of having met. Some people would advise you to send evidence of relationship, so I guess if you want to send e-mails, etc., you could add an item saying "proof of ongoing relationship". You can even add more evidence, if you want.

You have to provide passport pictures according to these instructions: http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/info/info_1287.html

She can have digital pictures taken and then ask the photographer to adjust them like this: http://travel.state.gov/passport/guide/com...sition_874.html
