Dear all:

USCIS -VSC denied my case based on abandoment because I did not send the additional evidences that USCIS said the requeried last year. The true is that I did not receive any communication from Immigration asking for any additional letter. On january, they notified me about my situation and they asked me to submited a I290B to reopen the case. I did it but I have not recieved any answer yet.

Now, I would like to know if I can refile a new I751 with more evidences about my marriage while the I290B is pending, or is it better if I wait for an answer in my I 290B? How long does it take to proccess this kind of motion?

My main preocupation is about hte work permit,my employeer did not renew my contract because I dont have a valid green card. So, may be if I submited a new I751, I will receive another NOA that let me work and travel out of the country as I received last year when I submited my application one year ago.

Please advice,

Thanks

PD: Neither the USCIS' web showed any additional request or any change in the status in my case.
