Hello, please help...

I am a US citizen, and my boyfriend lives in United Kingdom and he is an asylum seeker (...he is an Armenian citizen). Does he have to go back to Armenia in order for me to file i-129f? should i file i-129f or is there any other form

i called a lawyer and he is charging $5,000 for it. If it is something i can do, i rather do it myself.

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Iraq

Hi Anna,My fiancee was an assylum seeker in sweden he is Iraqi. He had to go back because they denied his assylum. But as long as he is legally in the uk.Has residency then you can file there. But whom ever this lawyer is omg hes nutz. Just file the paper work your self i hired a lawyer for half that but ended up doing most of the paperwork for him.If you read the k1 info on here you can handle it.Just make sure you have all you documents translated to english.Good luck Bridget
