Congress says AP..DOS says no??

Hi guys, me again.

So a while back my congressperson was sent an email telling her I was in AP after she enquired about my case.. then 2 days ago she said she wasnt going to email them again until April 27th (she had to "fit me into her schedule"). I called the DOS this morning, to check up on things myself.. and the lady there says Ive never been in AP. That my status is still "documents pending". Which she says means they havent got to my envelope yet.

So who do I believe, the email the congressperson got (saying Im in AP) or DOS, that says Ive never been in AP? :unsure:

BTW, update on congresspersons situation, we made her schedule a little lighter and contacted the senators office...watch this space...
