Hello!

I am hoping that I can get a couple of answers to the questions below, as I am currently filling out my "Biographic Data" (Part I) from the DS-230.

1. Questions #14 to #18 are related to my "spouse". However, I am not yet married. Am I supposed to fill out the information for my fiance? (I'm the fiancee moving to the US, from Canada)

2. If I am not supposed to fill out the fields that are related to "my spouse", I assume that I am supposed to fill in "N/A" as the response. Is this correct?

3. How do you fill out "N/A" for a field that requests a date? I am trying to fill out the form online, and when I try to enter "N/A", I get a warning message that says invalid date/time. Suggestions?

4. For a field where the information is unknown, can I enter "Unknown"? (My biological father has never been in my life, and I do not know his middle name, his place of birth, nor his current address)

Thank you in advance for any help :)
