Hello to all the VJ people,I'm alexa and here I am again would like to ask some of your help. We've got married early of March 2010,my husband and I are now planing to file for AOS first week of April,I would just like to know if all the forms on Adjustment Of Status guide are updated?and should I just print 'em out?

Ok here's our plan, and what are the correct forms we should provide to be able to proceed all these?(WHAT WE NEED IN ORDER TO FILE FOR AOS?)

1,)We don't have plan on immediate travelling prior to the AOS aproval.(so it is not necessary for us to file the I-131 FORM am I right?)what if we will change our plan and decide to travel when I got the greencard,do we still need to have the approval of I-131 in order to travel?or Having a greencard in hand would allow me to travel and reenter the country?

2.)We planned on working for like a year before getting pregnant,so in order to do it we need the I-765 form right?what if I will just wait for the approval of AOS?does my greencard will allow me to work?or they will still look for my I-765 approval in order to hired me?

3.)Does form G-1145 NECESSARY FOR THE APPLICATION?what are the advantage of including it to the AOS application.

If ever we will just do all forms(or we have to do all the forms such as:

I-485

I-864

G-325A

I-765

I-131

G-1145

*how many photos do we need to submit?

*how much do we need to pay?

*what else needed for the application except the certified copy of marriage certificate and all those forms?

Also,We just got married,as I mentioned my old post that nobody attended our ceremony than two of us,the photographer, and the minister.Do we need to send the USCIS a copy of our wedding photos?we don't have any joint accounts yet,I opened my own bank account both checking and savings a couple of weeks from my arrival, and got SSN,Temporary driver's permit.and that permit already expired as they based only on my I-94.

all the utility bills are on my husband's name.No insurance yet on both of our names,is that all fine?

I heard about W2'PAYSTUB,BANK STATEMENT,ETC.DO WE NEED TO SEND THEM OFF TOGETHER THE AOS application forms?

SORRY everyone it seems lots of questions rightnow running through my mind,We just need to make sure we will do the right thing. We had a lawyer when we filed for K1,but this time we are not hiring one for AOS,and just based on what most experienced people here on VJ.

Thanks alot for everyone who are very knowledgeable on answering and helping us on our queries.

God bless us all!!

first off, to get the right version of the forms, download them from uscis.gov

second, so you know where you'll be in the AOS process, click n the guides, then AOS

to start you off w/the info,

1. you don't need to apply for i-131 if you don;t plan to travel w/in the next 6 months (average AOS processing) but if you don't and then you need it later on (if AOS is not yet approved0 you'll have to pay for it to apply

you won't need it anymore once you get the gc

2.same w/ead. you won't need it once you get your gc

3.no, it's optional just like the i131 and 1765

photos, -only the forms that require it

fee, - if all other forms are submitted w/AOS, only $1010

other forms needed - if you download from uscis.gov, the forms come w/instruction pages so you'll see if other docs are needed :)
