Hello all,

I am currently filling out the application for my fiance to come to the US from Canada.

12. Arrival/Departure Record (I-94) Number

I believe they take this form back when you go across the border... and she does not have it. How can i get this number?

15. Your fiancé(e)'s address abroad.

I am guessing they want her home address, but they already asked for it so i was just wanting to make sure that it referred to her home address and not something else that has to do with travel.

Thank you for your help..

Is she in the US at the moment? Read the question carefully. IF your fiance is in the country at the moment... If she isn't, then you don't need to reply to this.

Just put her address in again.

Take a moment to use the guides and example forms on here, they're very thorough and extremely helpful!

Canadians don't routinely get an i_94. i left it blank, and the adress abroad is her CDN addy

Ah ok, you guys are awesome!

I was thinking that they may not get that form because she is in the US right now with me and gave me all of the paperwork... there was no i_94.

I will look at the examples, i did not know you guys had them.

thanks again
