HI,

i m december filler i filed I-130 and I-485 its been a long time after the biometric, RFE i m still waiting for the decision. i had MSC # starting like this MSC-100#######.

i wonder is that right? i m keeping looking in the processing time USCIS website i dont know if i m out status of my case.

pls. help me thank you!

Try to check the status online. When you enter your receipt number ignore the dashes. And " Yes", your receipt number is fine.

Did you get an RFE? Did you respond to that?Did you get a confirmation that they have received your RFE response?

Call the 1-800 USCIS number if you are not able to see your case online. Good luck!

thank you for response yes i check the status online still the same. and about the RFE i reply as soon as possible and its says the confirmation ON FEBRUARY 8, 2010 WE RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST FOR EVIDENSE....bla...bla..bla..

how come untill right now after the BIO,RFE i didnt received any...

please help.

You are definitely NOT out of the processing times for I-485 application if you filed in December.

Did you get your EAD yet?

what was your RFE for? Maybe if we knew what that was for it might help us give a more accurate range of reasons, as I am sure some things take longer to complete/check than others

24th February 2012: Biometrics appointment

8th February 2012: Touch

24th January 2012: Biometrics NOA date (received 30th)

19th January 2012: Check cashed by VSC

17th January 2012: NOA date (received 20th)

14th January 2012: ROC delivered via USPS to VSC

13th January 2012: Filed for ROC

Earliest date to remove conditions: Friday, December 2, 2011

9th March 2010: GC in hand

1st March 2010: Interview 8.40am APPROVED!

1st March 2010: EAD arrives, along with daughters US passport

15th January 2010: Biometrics appointment

10th December 2009: Filed for AOS

my RFE is the affidavit support part 7 page 5 were not suppposed to ans. bec. we over limit for federal poverty anyway. i didnt submit the page 5 with in the package and later they give me RFE the envelop include yellow paper and page 5 affidavit support. after that we filled it out and we put N/A

do you think thats why still in national benefits center because of that...
